2 things you do great
- Your arm. Your elbow stays a little below your shoulder. Don't change it!
- You lean forward toward home plate when you let go.
Things to work on
- #1 Push off your back leg toward the plate. Your back heel spins right now. Push like a sprinter starting a race.
- #2 Firm glove. Keep your glove out front and strong, like a wall. Don't yank it to your side.

The short version
- A parent or guardian creates every account.
- For kids under 13, a parent must approve by email before we save any of the child's info.
- We collect only what we need to build safe pitching plans.
- No ads. We never sell data. No third-party tracking.
- Parents can see, change or delete their child's info any time.
What we collect
- Parent: name, email, password (stored securely), plan choice.
- Pitcher: first name, age, throwing hand, season, and anything the family adds to the profile (like height or game days).
- Activity: plan check-offs, arm-feel check-ins, pitch counts, Ask Coach questions, and videos you choose to upload.
- Usage: which screens are used, tied to a random ID, never a name or email.
How we use it
To build daily plans, enforce pitch-count and rest rules, show parents weekly summaries, answer coach questions, and improve the app. That's it.
Children under 13
We follow the U.S. children's privacy law (COPPA). We email the parent a notice and an approval link. Until the parent approves, we don't save the child's plan, answers or pitch counts. A parent can refuse, and can later withdraw approval and ask us to delete everything.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that run the app for us (like hosting and payments), under contracts that protect it. Share cards and social posts happen only if a parent turns sharing on.
Keeping and deleting
We keep data while the account is active. Delete the account and we erase it within 30 days, except what the law makes us keep (like payment records).

Who can use 60SIX
A parent or legal guardian (18+) creates the account and is responsible for it. Pitchers ages 7 to 18 use it with their parent's permission.
Not medical advice
60SIX gives general training ideas. It is not a doctor or athletic trainer. If your child has arm pain, stop throwing and see a medical professional. Ask Coach answers are automatic and can be wrong.
Safety rules
Plans include pitch-count and rest limits. Families and coaches are still responsible for following league rules and stopping when something hurts.
Plans and billing
Starter $49/month or $399/year. Pro $99/month or $799/year. Founding member Starter $29/month while the account stays active. Free trial: Starter and Pro (monthly or yearly) start with a 7-day free trial. When it ends, the trial turns into a paid plan and your card is charged unless you cancel before then. We email you a reminder the day before you're billed. One trial per family. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel any time; access lasts to the end of the paid period. Refund policy: [to be decided].
Your content
You own your videos. You let us use them only to give you feedback. We won't share them publicly without a parent's OK.
Be respectful
Don't misuse the app, try to break in, or upload anything harmful. We can suspend accounts that do.
Limits
The app is provided "as is." Liability limits, governing law and dispute terms: [lawyer to complete].
